noobie question from an older reefer

i have used live cultured zooplankton before for feeding my zoos and mushrooms, however its hard to save any of that stuff so i could only get it by going to my LFS several times a month for it.

is there anything else i can use to feed my mushrooms and zoos?

mind you i dont have any fish in my tank

thanks for reading.

Frozen Cyclopeaze is great stuff, I use it as well and I have seen my softies pylop grab it so I assume they can eat it.
