Noisy pump.Will it drive fish mad?

I like it quiet in my house. Well in my 55 gal. Sea Clear I just installed a Gen x pump for the return rated at 1280 gal. per hr. A little bigger then the one that failed that I took out. The wet dry system is built right into the back of this tank. The problem is that the pump is vibrateing on the side of the tank and driveing me mad! Will it drive the fish mad also? You would think so since the reef environment is so peaceful untill the cyanide fisherman come lurking for our LFS inventory. Any feedback would be greatly appriceated.

remove the cyanide fisherman and the fish should be fine.


if it is rattling, fix it. put some weather stripping or foam. unnecessary noises coming from the tank are annoying.
