New test results

Did testing today and the results are as follows
Nitrate-0
Nitrite-0
Ammonia-0
Alk-170
PH-8.4
Salinity-1.026
Calcium-375
Temp-80
I just picked up Kent Tech-CB A&B and will begin dosing in the morning. I am very happy with how well this system has been maintaining itself. Once I feel confident about being able to maintain all the levels, I will start to add coral. Observations of water numbers or any tips will be greatly apreciated! Thanks

Robert

are you going to keep your salt level at 1.026?
just remember that a lot of stores keep it around 1.022 to maybe 1.024...
so keep that in mind when you are floating everything!

looking great robert!
so how is the tank bussiness coming along?

The LFSs here are around 1.024 to 1.026. But I never even thought of it from an acclimation stand point, great point! The LFS owner that wanted me to do installs hasnt said anything else and thats Okay since Ive got alot of windshield and dent jobs coming up and they pay extremely well! I think If I got into that, I would be very over extended at this point. The promotion jumped my hours up to 11 a day instead of 8.
On the reef side, I ordered an auto top off and PH meter today! Getting closer to being able to maintain a narrower range on my parameters! Im hoping that the Kent A&B will also help get my coraline to spread. In a week or two Im going to also get another thiryt or so pounds of LR and cure it in the garage (like you suggested Tim!) Then I will do the final aquascaping! Its coming along!

Too late! I already told my Wife you said I HAVE to have more rock! She would like to discuss this with you. The PH meter I ordered is the hand held Milwauki!

If you dose stroteium (sp) it'll help with the coraline growth as well as keeping the calicum up. 1.026 is natural seawater at some places, but as mentioned can be a acclimation problem.
