New tank need help with ID

Anyone know what this is? I've tried to look all over Wetweb, and other places. Pics are a bit blurry, but it's the best I could get. When I put the LR in the tank this wasn't there, it seems to grow a bit each day.

Thanks for any help.

Yeah the thing in the middle, guess I should have been a bit more clear on that. I'm just trying to figure out if it some sort of pest or a good thing.

it looks like a sponge to me as well. sponges are harmless filter feeders.

the funny thing with sponges, as some have seen, they come and go as they please and some are really cool to have and see grow , whiel others will actually smoother growof corals and LR . just keep an eye on it. if it needs to be trimmed up or scraped a bit , dont be afraid to do it
