New Tank

I recently purchased a new tank (125g) I have 200 lbs of lr, 5" dsb and a power head providing circulation. I want to do this right the first time so I was hoping for some advice. Could any or all of you send me information regarding a sump configuration? My lfs is of no help, so I will have to order or make my own. Thank you, Carlos
