I have been thinking that this might be a New Species of Plating Montipora ?

It's obviously a specimen of
Montipora javaappletii
You have the deepwater form, which when disturbed, spins hypnotically on its base, and when sexually mature, can further generate an insulated super-singularity of infinite mass in time-space...
Thus are prey items and enemies alike, lulled into its deadly embrace.
