New Employee
Hey guys and girls, check out my newest employee, her job description include keeping the algae down in my refugium and just looking cute. She's only about an inch long maybe and seem to be at home in my 29gal refugium.

Congrats!
I loved my C. argi! She was a great-mannered fish but could also hold her own with the bullying of Moron, the large Maroon clown female. She was always active and in the open, too.
I lost her when I had an outbreak of dino's.

I had one in my 37 gallon tank, he did fine, but the rest of the inhabitants didn't. He ended up bullying my watchman goby, firefish and bicolor blenny so much that they would always hide, then one day I saw the firefish fly into the open with the pygmy angel after him, 10 minutes later the firefish was dead. I had to put the pygmy angel in a holding tank, and unfortunately he was killed by my snowflake eel in the middle of the night. But on the bright side, my 37 gallon inhabitants have all come out of hiding and are thriving. Just thought I would give a heads up on the possible bullying.

Mine was great in my reef for 8 months then it decided Formula One and Krill wasn't enough so he started eating corals. All types, all the time. Took me a week to catch him, spank him and send him to a FOWLR tank

37g is not enuff for even a pygmy angel, on the whole tho they are the safest with coral , excepting the larger , scarcer Geniocathus( swallowtail angels)

I guess it's a matter of opinion if 37 gallons is enough for a pygmy angel. Three reef fish books I have along with liveaquaria.com recommend at least a 30 gallon.
