new coral not looking to good


I recently bought a frogspawn and he still has not opened. What's the problem. anybody know

how long has it been in your tank? what kinda lights? what kinda flow?

he's been there 24 hours under pc lighting. there's not a strong flow in his area

id give it a little more time, might want to test your parameters just to be safe. look for nitrates, ph, s.g. is it completly closed? or is there some tissue expanding? just not much?

you see a little tissue. and a few sweeper tentacles that broke off, floated around tank, and eventaully stung my organ pipe coral
