Good deal!!! One of the points that many of those that wish to curtail the collection of corals in the wild make for their cause is that there is so much waste by newbies in their learning curve (very steep at first!). The only way to correct for this is to do as you have done, start with education, and learn from the mistakes of others. Boards like this were unavailable in the late 80's; even fish only systems were hit or miss. Through your fact finding process and through the use of other's experiences you can avoid many of the life wasting and costly pitfalls of the usual startup process! You are to be applauded for taking the time to learn what you are going to do, and to investigate the possibilities!
Again, I applaude your decision process!
