new bulbs installed today reeflux 10k 250 watt on icecap ballast(pics included)


just in LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE the bulbs hopefully they wont change much as they break in. sorry this is a pic with the corals starting to open hopefully ill get some more pics as thing settle in.

here are some more shots i have used coralvue before i oraginally had the cv 20ks but they werent really all that bright then i was using the 14k hamiltons wich i loved now i wanted some more growth and have heard some great reviews on these bulbs and i think i found a bulb i really like i guess ill see in a couple of weeks very nice crisp white color NO YELLOW for now

Wow this is the nicest tank I've ever seen, lots of sweet and rare corals, hey your name looks familiar weren't you on reef central as well?

zoa thanks for your comments hopefully when my tank matures things will start growing out some more and it will look a little nicer, let see the growth out of these blubs

darth the bulbs pop out the colors more out of my corals then when i had my cv 20ks or my hamiltons 14 ks and these puppies are 10 k i really like them for now.

Tank looks great, the coral's natural color really stands out under the 10k. Keep the pics coming...
