neon gobies, good cleaners?

im considering a pair of tank raised neon gobies for my 220g.
do they really "clean" other fish? i just cant picture it lol
do they latch on like a cleaner wrasse?
and the fish in the tank know to go to these gobies to get serviced the same way they would go up to a skunk cleaner shrimp?

I have seen mine try to latch on to my purple firefish although he did not want cleaning. Im pretty sure if I had some fish that liked to be clean he would do it.

I love my neon gobies I will never have another tank w/out having a pair.
They are always jumping on fish to clean. My fish will swim to where they hang out begging to be cleaned.
Here is a not so great picture but you can get the idea

I had one that was like a leach on my yellow tang, but then he died or was eaten anyhow.

I wish I could keep them, they cool, but would get eaten in seconds in my tank.
