Need Suggestions

I am in the process of putting my 120 in my bar in my basement. I am looking for lighting ideas. I plan on running 2x250 watt iwasaki's (5600k) and either VHOs or PCs to get rid of the yellow and to supliment actinic. Which should I go with and why?

I am not that familiar with VHO but some blue PC's fixed up my 90g.

Also, I know there is no flaming allowed but that couch has gotta go.

"Phishnoob" Funny that you should say that about the couch! Have you been talking to my wife? I know the couch is horrible but dude that is my playstation/xbox/gamecube/nfl/wwe couch1 Me and that couch have been through a lot together. it loves me it is molded to my a@@!
