Need some advice

I am liquidating some of my aquarium supplies and wanted everyones advice on this. I am thinking of selling my 20 gallon as a package setup to include:

20 gallon tank
AGA walnut cabnet stand
Hamilton Tech PC light hood (55W 10K daylight and 55W actinic) two fans
heater
CPR backpak 2R+ skimmer with MJ 1200 PH
MJ 600 powerhead
RedSea WaveMaster Pro Wave maker
I could even kick in a 10 gallon tank as a sump if someone wanted it

I added up how much I have in it and it came to $670.92
Does an asking price of $400 sound fair?

you can start there & just let buyers make offers but I agree it is hard to get your money back.

Well, I guess if I have to go lower I can, but won't offer shipping. It will have to be local pickup, mostly due to the tank.

I also say go lower. I would start at about 50% of what it would cost new, especially if you want to sell it as a package.

You would do allot better parting it out.

Ask about half the value of the individual parts IMO. When you say "$400 for a 20 gallon tank" even though that's less than you have in it, that seems like a heck of allot of money for such a small tank.
