need opinion on my lighting

I have a 60g cube. Mainly stocked with sps frags. For my lights i have a 150 mh sunpod 20k spectrum and 4 24" 10k T5's. So all together about 250watts of light. I think i am coming up a little short for good par.

What kid of reflectors are the T5's using?

If it were me I'd get a XM10K 250W MH then switch all the T5's to half atinic 03 and half true atinic.

If you want more par, you could switch to a 10K halide bulb, and make a couple of the t5's actinics.
