You need to upload the pics to a server. I like www.webshots.com but there are others too. HTH

In order to post a picture or graphic, it must be somewhere on the web as Drew said. You do need to upload it to your own website first, then you can use the instructions by clicking on "UBB Code is enabled" to the left of the message box when you are responding to a post.
There's no way to directly upload a picture from your computer to The Reef Tank.

Try using homestead.com. They have free sites, and if I remember correctly you can post your uploaded images here with them, unlike the webshots site.
