Need ID please.
I was trying to figure out if these are some kind of polyp or anemone of some sort. They were on the rock I just purchased and did not notice them until this afternoon. Thanks

Palythora? I think I am spelling it wrong cause I can;t find much about them. They do have a faint green glow to them as well when the lights are off.

Not sure which you were asking about - the ones with the 'tentacles', yes?
based on the thin tips, I'm going to vote "palythoa" (aka button polyps?). Though I don't know if they're at all related to zoanthids, or how to tell the difference for sure. We have a couple types in our tank that hitchhiked in, as well.
The smooth-edged one(s) next to them look like small mushrooms.
And, being me, I have another i.d. site to pass along to you. It has lots of pics and info on all aspects of tank/reef-keeping.

edit- Sorry! just read your other thread - of course you know what 'shrooms are!
