Need help with Aqpharm Master salt water Kit

I cant find my book anyhere to see the color cards. Can someone please upload a pic so I can get a aprox reading on Nitrate , Nitrite and amon ?

I searched aquariumpharm.com but they dont have anything online no does the internet.

ANyone that has used this kit remember that the nitrate and nitrite colors should be clear in color ?

So here is my thoughts ....

If I test Ro/di water it would be 0 readings on all 3 tests

So with a controll sample being done at the same time if my controll matches my aqaurium colors it would be the same at 0 or close.

Right ?

nitrite = light blue
nitrate =0 light yellow

Aquarium pharmaceuticals has a reputation for being one of the most inaccurate test kits on the market.

Ive never used it...just what ive heard

Ya, honestly the reason noone might be responding is because unless you're using Salifert kits I don't think anyone really pays attention. I'll be the one that sticks his neck out to say that.

Yah this is a test kit from about 4 years ago been putting off taking the plunge on buying all salifert kits but looks like i need to.

A club member scanned the cards for me and even after a 40% water change it is still reading around 5 - 7 on nitrate which I find hard to belive after that much of a water change and the tank doing so well.

take a water sample to your local fish store to double check, Im not sure waht the shelf life is on nthose tests
