need help fragging a torch


i need help
when you are fragging a torch coral do you just cut off one stalk/head or do you split it in half
help is needed
does anybody have any good sites that show you how?

If it is the branching type it is best to break it where is branches away from the head. just like a turkey wish-bone.

score it with a dremel tool first if you want to make sure it breaks where you want.

Not all...but some euphyllia have brittle skeletons and dont alwasy cooperate when breaking them up. making the cut partially with a dremel will ensure it breaks where you want it to

i have bone shears and have fraged other hard corals and they work fine never had a bad baeak (knock on wood)
