For a 29 gallon you should go with at least a 150 watt. For a particular brand I really like Jager heaters myself and they are pretty easy to find. A good option that you can try (although for some it's not very practical) is to install 2 heaters and have them both constantly running so you have one already in the system as a failover in the event one heater has an unforseen death. Just FYI.
