When my daughter worked in the Health Department she was able to get some boxes that refrigerated vaccines are sent in, they were about 12x12x15 or so, styro with a snug fitting lid( think containment) and a cardoard box outside that was actually pretty tough. I always left the RUSH VACCINE stickers on
