need damsel help

I have been trying to capture my 2 damsels for the last 4 hours, and they are driving me nuts. I cant even get close to them. I made the mistake of getting the damsel's for the cycling process not knowing that they were aggresive fish. My question is: What are some methods that you guys have used to get the little devils out. is the only option to remove all the LV?

You can try using sections of glass (if you have them) to section off the tank slowly until theyre cornered...

I have heard of people using traps. I am not sure how they work. I know I had to put all of my LR flat on the bottom. Then I used 2 nets.
