need a sump to go w/46 gal bow


hi everyone I new to satwater. started about 1yr or so, but anyways I have a 46gal bow which I would like to get sump and all the things that go with them. I not sure what kind of equipment to get , I would like to save money and have someone help me on this. What equipment would I need to get started. any help would be great.

You need an overflow if you dont already have one. piping. return pump. and thats about it depending on what you want it to do.

you need to measure the inside of your tanks stand and see what will fit undr there. allow clearence for a skimmer
for instance a typical 20L is 12x12x30 "

also when measuring for a sump. it is a good idea to think whether or not you will be using submerged or external pumps for the skimmer and the return.
