Need a Green Carpet Anemone EXPERT

I bought a 5inch diameter green carpet anemone about 4 days ago.

The trouble I'm having is this anemone keeps going back-n-forth between a full enlarged body (that looks like a flower) to a completely deflated pile of "mush" with it's mouth wide open and hanging out showing all the white insides.

Its doing this like 2-3 times a day.

A PATTERN I've noticed is it seems to go from looking GREAT to looking dead and deflated about 1 hour after I put in finely-diced mysis shrimp into the tank and let the mysis shrimp (finely-diced) swirl around the tank until all the corals and fish eat on it. It also did the same thing one night when I put Cyclopeze in the tank.

carpet anemones are fish eaters. you would have better luck feeding it silversides than tiny foodstuff like cyclopeze. becarefull when feeding them. if you have any cuts on your fingers you will quickly know!! the sting from a carpet hurts like a bugger.

what kind of lighting do you have?
