National Industrial Supply Refractometer, any good for $22 new?

I'm been debating on a cheap refractometer, anybody use an Industrial Supply Refractometer? Sold on Ebay and one of my LFS sells then for like $35; on ebay the price ranges about $22 to $44. I'm wondering if they're acurate and consistant. The other one I'm debating is the one from Marine Depot that previous posts have been good. Really want to know more about the NIS $22 one (7.50 shipping) though.

I hope your right and really know it all . I upgraded to one with a calibrator that doesn't need of a screwdriver for $29 + shipping. I called with a question on the models and pricing at 5:00 tonight and it's still going into the mail tonight! I'll just tell the wife I bought it for her as a Xmas present. If she doesn't like that, then it's an early present for me to hopefully save my fish in QT
