Mysterious "Bugs"

Well all of my corals are dead now so I guess this isn't really a big deal, but anyway when I turned my lights on today I noticed little "bug" type things crawling around the spot where my bubble coral used to be. Some were about the size of a pen tip, but most were smaller. If I remember correctly their abdomens were fat while their heads were small. I couldn't take a picture because they were too small and I don't see them anymore suggesting that they are nocturnal. Are these pods? If not do you have any ideas what they could be and what their purpose is?

if they were crawling all over a dead coral... most likely they were pods at a buffet...

What color were they? White or Grayish? Most likely copepods of some sort. Very beneficial to have and most likely nocturnal to avoid being eaten by your fish. Check here - http://www.melevsreef.com/id/pods.html

I don't know, they just all of a sudden died. I really don't know what I'm going to do now because I have no more funds for the aquarium (from my parents) and I have a lot of things to pay for right now, dive trip and such. If anyone would be interested in a bunch of rock and a hell of a lighting system feel free to PM me because I might be getting rid of everything and trying my luck with just fish again.

I only had LPS and some softies, the LFS told me I could really get whatever I wanted (meaning SPS) though but I didn't get far enough into it to get SPS corals.
