Mysis Shrimp, McDonalds of the sea?

I finally got some frozen Mysis shrimp about a week ago. I bought the frozen ones cause I was unsure of the freshwater variety. I was reading more about them and they do carry some amino acids, protein and fatty acids to some extent but they honestly don't seem to be a "catch all" method for feeding my critters.

They all snatch them up like they are going out of style but I would like to be able to give my extended saltwater family a proper meal. Just wondering if anybody has some good facts on feeding and explanations of why you feed your fish and verts what you do. Thanks.

Mysis that you buy frozen is typically a mysid... a freshwater shrimp. THey are very nutritious, but I don't recommend anything as a sole food. Mysis from Piscine Aquatics is my first line food I use the most. I feed a variety of things

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

If you want a single batch of perfect food, the best bet is make it yourself You puree enough variety togethor and freeze it and you never have to wonder if you have been alternating enough food variety
