Mysis shrimp

Are mysis shrimp healthy, unlike brine shrimp? I finally got my scooter blenny to eat something, mysis shrimp (he was slowly starving due to my lack of pods , but luckily he finally eating again . I know brine shrimp is basically water, no nutrition, but are brine shrimp good and nutritious? Thanks!

mysis shrimp are very healthy, nothing like brine shrimp at all- PE mysis (Piscine Energetics) is the best brand I have found. http://www.mysis.com/index1.html
