My SPS Garden


Here are a few pics of my little acro garden. I need help identifying the guy in picture 1. I jus got him on Sat and he is a beauty.

Dude you have a ghost in your tank with a camera!!! Better get him before he steals those beauties!!! ( could be TIM, especially if you have pink ones)

Nice little garden, would be nice to see it in 6 months when it has grown a little.

I have been using the sealab 8 blocks and adding a little calcium stuff from red sea. I can see new growth each day. Randy is the man for having such good stuff to share. Is num 1 a Pavona? it is the weirdes shaped think i have ever seen. any special keeping tips?

Now that I look closer I would say it's a Pachyseris Foliosa.

No special requirements, high light and flow of course. Good looking coral.

been using sealab for 6 months or so. no problems with anything so far. stonies and softies like it a lot. the red sea stuff is what i see causing the big overnight growth. sometimes i will get a dead spot on the frag and some algae will try to take over, then the acro actually grows over the algae before it gets worse. it is strange to see the acro grow so fast.
