my plan...any thoughts?

Ok, I have just completed the fabrication of my 46 bow. I took out the center brace and replaced it with a piece of acrilic. Now, I plan to raise my canopy 10 inches and install my sunpod 2x250 fixture. I plan to run one 96 watt actinic for 1.5 hours and then one 250 for 4 hours. then both 250's for about 15 min. or just long enough for the other 250 to reach peak lighting and then the other 250 for 4 hours and then the actinic for 1.5 hours. I am planning on getting a 90 gallon deep reef tank in the hopfully near future....and that is why I bought such a powerful lighting system. any opinions on my lighting plan for the 46?

First read the instruction for the Sunpod. It says, I am reading my instruction book here, DO NOT PLACE UNDER CANOPY. WILL START FIRE.

Sounds good!I'd guess I would only run the one 250 till you get the 90and have it on longer, say 9 hours.

My sunpod came with mounts for putting it in a canopy. so maybe the older models start fires, I'm not sure.
