My eyes are CLOUDY after cleaning tank!
Has anyone had EYE/VISION PROBLEMS after cleaning your tank?
Yesterday: spent 2hours cleaning my tank....so my hands were pretty dag-gone wet and dirty. I can not remember if DURING cleaning if I was rubbing my eyes with my dirty fingers.......but shortly after cleaning the tank, I laid on the couch to watch an NFL game and fell asleep. After I awoke, the whole house looked as if it had MIST or SMOKE in it because my vision was cloudy. I put Visine in them every couple of hours. Still today (24hrs later).... my eyes are still somewhat cloudy but not as much as yesterday.
I feel like I have some sort of FILM on my eyes causing my vision to be HAZY when I look at a light source (like a lamp) from across the room. I see the light source but also see a WHITE HAZE around the light source as if some kind of stuff is in my eyes.
ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS????
I have a Doctor's appointment for 11am tomorrow morning to see what he thinks. I dont know if there is a prescription to clear my eyes.... or if he could even take a test sample of tears in my eyes to see if there are foreign chemicals in there...
I'll report back tomorrow after the Drs appointment....

I had been fighting migraines 2-3 times a week for the last 2 months. I have undergone two CAT scan (no problems found from CAT scans) but they did put me on a beta-blocker to prevent the migraines. I havent had a migraine now for 2 weeks since being put on the beta-blockers.
I just find it STRANGE that this cloudy haze in my vision happened SUDDENLY after waking up from a nap and immediately after cleaning the SW tank just 2 hours prior.
Its either:
1) something for the tank,
2) something to have to do with my beta-blockers / migraine
I'm probably flippin dying and I dont know it (yet).... everyone can have my SW stuff for FREE after I'm gone but you'll have to drive to Cincinnati to pick it up just dont stand around at my funeral and talk about how "stupid" my questions were on TRT....I'll reincarnate myself as ICH and infect all your tanks.

Maby its bacterial from mesisng with a coral or something and it bio-warefard you tank or hand. The film feeling could be bacteria in the eye from it (kinda like pink eye). Do you have a UV seterlizer? If so was it running? UV could folow the water like a fiber optic. It wouldnt be noticble but a lond exsposer to small amounts that long could flash the eyes. Does it burn or sting at all? Any swelling? Constant tearing?

UV light from an enclosed sterilizer wont travel through water
I would look to chemical sensitivity or possible biotoxin sensitivity
Good luck
