My coral beauty's lips are swollen!

So my poor little coral beauty has a swollen mouth area and yesterday it was all white! I thought it was a fungus but now I am not sure. THe cleaner shrimp has been working on her. TOday no white but she still has lips like angelina jolie. By the way, I finally had my water tested and everything checked out great except a little high on phosphates so I put in some buffer granules(?)
Anybody ever had a coral beauty with big lips?

Is it possible it was nipping on some coral and it got stung? Just a thought...

I would start by watching the fish for a day and see what it is nipping on and then see what reactions that corals sting can have on a fish. I am no expert, but just my 2 cents.
