my 32 Gallon VLS Skimmer

I tossed in a Seio 1100 and threw on the Venturi. I now have a 32 gallon skimmer

question: should I do a water change or just let that ride until the next weekly scheduled water change which isnt until this sunday ( 6 days from now )

Mind you, I was doing this to ensure that the rock got oxygenated but I'm sure that was obvious
