Multiple Morays

Whats the rule of thumb on keeping 2 or more eels together?
I have an 80 gallon tank I'm thinking of making into a FO aggresive.
Anyone have any good stocking ideas?
So far I only have 1 Clown Trigger at 1 inch.
I was think about moray eels and Lionfish.

Unless you are looking at one of the smaller eel species most morays if they survive will be crowded in an 80, keeping more than one will prolly result in aggresion at some point.
Both volitan and similar lions and the trigger can exceed 12+ inches, at the very least you are talking a lot of fish waste to process

I'll be getting a bigger tank as the fish grow so I'm not worried about size. I'm starting off with small sizes like the 1 inch trigger. I'll probably get a 150g as the need arises and then eventually I hope to get a custom tank in the high hundreds or low thousands. Hey, I can dream can't I

I'm thinking about 1 or 2 snowflakes. Of the different types of morays, snowflakes seem to stay relatively small. I read 24" I believe.

...were you thinking of the tank size or due to the agressiveness of the fish or both?

Hi! When I got my snowflake eel from the LFS, there was a chain link eel in there as well and I can tell you they did not get along at all. They had themselves in a mouth lock for over a minute before separating so I would not keep more that one eel even in a larger tank. JMO Johnny
