more ebay prices for live rock, this one looks good

70 lb. LR for 125 bucks? Seems like the best deal ive seen so far. Maybe its too good to be true? Im not to savvy on this stuff yet but the person gets a high ebay rating.

Let me know what you guys think, I want to try to make a purchase asap.

I thought they didn't allow live items like that to be sold on eBay.

I just took a better look...that rock doesnt seem very porous or am I not seeing it well?

Sure they do - that's where I got my Ricordea & most recently my gorgonians. They have an entire section under "Home & Garden" called "Fish, Turtles & Frogs." Thing about eBay is the shipping'll kill you.

its not "live" either, its base rock.

and your right, from the pictures it does not look porous at all, so probably not a good find.

Yeah, 'round here they call that "Bait & Switch." He has quote marks around "Live" and it turns out to be nothing more than limestone that's been dry for 65 million years.
