MN/WI/IA picnic?!?

Well since everyone else is having a picnic, maybe we should too! Are there enough midwesterners around here for a get-together??

Let me know if any of you are interested and maybe we can make this happen!!

Fellow Hick (err I mean Iowan) here, and would LOVE to meet some other reefers around here. Depending on the place/time I would most likely be able to make it (recently took a part time job at a LFS, one that actually knows what they are dealing with, and are visitors here often). Let me know!!!!!

Hi Brooke,
Do I get to be the first one to raise my hand?

I could probably do Milwaukee. Anyplace beyond that would mean leaving the family at home, and possibly an act of congress.

Hey Scott,
If the meeting is in the Twin Cities and if it helps, your welcome to crash at our place and bring the family! ((selfish motive... Jan gets her kid fix...Jeremy is adorable))

Well gang--
Either is fine with me....Milwaukee is a bit far, but road trips are fun..or the twin cities contigency could host as well.

Someone make an executive decision. I have the weekend of September 1st off...or is that labor day weekend??

My humble opinion tossed in.....
Since Brooke is the Administrator of this fine establishment we could look at the picnic/party as a "Thanks Brooke" gathering in which I would vote for the Twin Cities. Besides the selfish logic of already living here I think it also helps the Iowa members. Also toss in "The Mall" and some of the other attractions and several pretty nice LFS's and on and on.....the TC's have plenty to offer.
I'll also toss in the offer to help with a local picnic/party/gathering (plus Jan's a phenominal cook!!)

Well-
That would be great. I'd love to have it here in the Cities! OK, you cheeseheads, time to speak up. Maybe since you guys would be driving over here you could suggest dates that might work.
