Missing sixline wrasse
He didn't come out for dinner last night and was nowhere to be found this morning. He NEVER misses a meal!!! I'm worried, Danyen tried to tell me not to worry yet......but it's too late, i'm worried. I love our little sixline, he's my second favorite fish. I don't think me or the ocellaris (her and the sixline have a inter-racial love affair) could take another loss.

Also, when they get spooked wrasses do bury themselves in the sand bed. If your barebottom, I have no idea lol.

Look in the sump, I had one that enjoyed the flume ride on a regular basis. If this is what has hapened, try putting a piece of eggcrate over the overflow opening

we have no sump. if he is still MIA tonight, we're going to have to go hunting in the rock. It's just so out of character for him to disappear.
hopefully he did just get spooked.
I worry to much about my fish!!!
Everytime we do a WC our randells Goby disappears for hours and i can't relax until he resurfaces

Just in case, look around your tank on your hands and knees, hopefully the 6-line is not a carpet surfer...

We once found a new-to-us 8 inch snowflake eel all shrivelled up in the couch. Sad... the funny part was, though, that night that he went missing... my hubby had slept on the couch because my snoring was so bad. We found the eel right by hubby's head end of the couch, buried under the cushion.

I looked last night in the dark, but didn't see the little guy. He only had to make it a few more weeks until the new tank move (with eggcrate). Oh well, it'll make the tank move a little easier I guess.

We've all experienced similar loses. Sorry for yours. Only true reefers can relate. And I also worry much to much about my fish and corals.
