Microbubbles!!!!!!!!!!!

Man how do u guys get rid of your microbubbles? I know this has probably been asked many times but I still cant find a solution. I have two powerheads facing the surface of the water to create agitation but the bubbles seem to like the front side of the tank. Doest look appealing so I want to get rid of them. Thanks guys.
