Mantis shrimp

How do you get rid of a mantis shrimp??? I am going to try the coke bottle thing tonight. Are there any other ways? I know which rock he is in, I watched him for several hours last night, tried to net him with no luck. I'm not sure he is a mantis though. My 3 stripe damsel is chasing it, the fish will go into the rock, circle the rock, and pick at it. All of his fins stand up when he sees this shrimp. Any suggestions???
