does anyone know where i can buy this for the two part homebrew magnesium supplement

you can try a drug store. or if you know anyone who works in a lab. they can order it.
not sure if Sigma-aldrege does private selling or not.
sometimes even feed stores can get it

there is a feed store in my town might try there tommorrow. found some internet sites that carry it kindof expensive though.

Tbh, I have never heard of making your own 2 part magnesium supplement. Do you see benefits to this over buying a commercial brand such as Kent? Or is a cost issue, perhaps?

I buy mine from Univar. Check the phone book or internet for the closest one to you. Here in Canada it costs me $19 and change Canadian, including provincial and federal taxes for a 25 kilo bag.
