Question

Macro Algae?

I am wondering if this is some kind of macro algae. It is very feathery light and growing steadily. It is the green spot in the middle of the rock. It is unlike any other algae I have seen before. It came as a hitchiker on some new Tonga slab.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I just can't get my digital camera to focus that close. It is a little frustrating.
