LTA advice needed please!

Hi!

Introduced a new LTA to my 12g nanocube yesterday... While I was gone it crawled up into my rocks and hid - but it just came back out.

Should I bury it's foot somewhere? If so - where in the tank?

Or do I let it do it on it's own?

Right now it's kind of hovering in one spot... but not 'attached'...

Thanks... Kim

Oh - I did turn off the pump so the water wasn't blowing it - was that a good thing or bad?

Yeah - I don't know why I asked... I went and did it... I dug it a hole right beneath the rocks kind of... and waved it in there... it sat right down. I guess it's up to it now if it likes it there or not.

The LTA we had liked to be attached to the bottom in the sand. Digging the hole was a good idea. I'd give it an hour on the pump and turn it back on. Direct the flow away from it until it attaches and then you can aim it anywhere.

I agree,.. I wouldn't leave the pump off too long,.. Is there any flow in the tank at all? If not I might be inclined to turn it back on right away and angle it far away from the nem just for airation purposes.
