low ph
Thanks Tony, appreciate your reply.yeah they are a little high usally keep the alk at around 11 dkh and in turn keeps the calcium stable around 480ppm,Have 2 t-maxima's,2 squasmossa's,numerous chalice's and acro's so there is a high demand for calcium and shouldn't take long to bring levels back to where they should be.running a 210 gal,1200w of 20k and another 320w of actinic.a little over 250lbs of liverock.i guess you could say my bio load is.before my tank sprung a leak and had to fix it my ph was stable between 8.2 and 8.4 .tank has been back -up and running for about 4 weeks now. When i set it back up i used 50% of the original water and 50% new mix.as to not deplete too much of the benifical bacteria, still had a small diatom bloom though.which is normal on a high water change.I'll let her ride for another week and see what happens. Thanks Again.
Rick.
