Live Sand Source

Hope someone has answers for this one.

I have an established reef and would like to order about 20-30 lbs of really premium live sand to add some biodiversity. Two questions:

1) What is the best source?

2) Can I just put it in the tank when I get it or will it cycle?

You can just put it in the tank IMO but ya will want to do it prolly 1/2 inch or less at a time as not to kill the upper portions of your established sandbed. Why not find some local reefers and do a sand exchange for diversity? I have got to take some sand to work tomorrow to do exactly the same thing with a customer.
