Lighting Question

I am looking at getting an icecap 660 ballast to run 4 x 48" URI lamps. I found a retro kit for $305.00 bulbs included. Does this seem like a good deal. It includes bulbs, ballast, icecap end caps, and harness. All I need to buy is the power cord, and a fan. Oh also I've never seen what the icecap end caps look like does anyone know are the one, two or three piece? Any helps appreciated.

It sounds like a fair price, I have not shoped for a while so I am out of the proce loop. I would go to www.premiumaquatics.com and price look. I also don't know what the icecap endcaps look like but they should be fine. HTH

That sounds like a pretty good price. Premium Aquatics price is $331 but they include the plug and the mounts for the end caps.

I have the Icecap endcaps. They are two piece (three if you count the rubber "O" ring). The optional mounts are not neccessary for every installation but they are nice.
