lighting options

just wanted some (expert) opinions on what to do with my lighting. I currently have 3 250 watt XM 10k's and am thinking about upgrading the two end lights with 400 watts and putting 2X 250's closer to the back of the tank.
any thoughts?

It's a 225 gallon 30" width, with a 6'PFO ballast and reflector
I am keeping a mixed tank w/mostly sps so the idea was to keep sps a little lower in the tank as right now they discolour when I put them lower

Have you thought about getting lumanark reflectors insted? Those things work great, I bet you'd get a tun more light, without using more power.
