those look suspiciously like the LOA lights people get at HD. i had one of these on my fuge many moons ago. i think they are $30 bucks at HD. they are in the outdoor light section. LOA-Lights of America.

I just bought the same fixture and bulb at HD for under $30. Great fuge lights.

it is a great light. it is a 65w PC light. it even has a 6.5K bulb in it. this is why it is so popular as a refugium light. this is right in the wheelhouse for algae/coral growth. i have one and liked it a lot. i may actually try and do a shallow prop system using these. they are about as point source as you can get from a flourescent light.
