Lettuce Nudi

anyone have any experience with these. My LFS has a few and they tell me if you get them to survive (which is another issue) they are great hair algea eaters.
That I might give one a try.
Now the other issue. If they are that hard to get to survive, why would they bring them into the store??

I had two that went to town on algae.

I just looked for them and they are gone a month later. I am a middle of the road guy with heavy PC lighting and FOWLR with tons of skimming and weekly water changes.

They seemed hardy until they poofed.

Read your other post and wish I saw it sooner. Fortunately we have a Lawn Mower that keeps everything under control so much I worry he will get fed enough.

Thought the same about mine too...but then I got a Hippo Tang.

I feed the tank some Nori (on the clip) every 3 or 4 days.

I always catch the LMB sneakin' up to the clip to grab some bites too!

one time, saw the tell-tale "kiss" marks the LMB's leave...only it was on the SIDE of my Tang!!!! (someone must have been in the way! hahaah)

anyways...point is...if you're worried about him starving just clip some nori on the side...mine seems to love it!
