Leopard Wrasse

Hello,

I am considering adding a Leopard Wrasse to my 125 reef tank and have heard they are one of the hardest fish to keep. Can anyone give me successful insight/tips on keeping these beautiful fish?

Current Live Stock:
Copperbanded Butterfly
Manderin Goby
2 Percula Clowns
Ebil Eye Dwarf Angel
5 Chromis
Yellow Watchman Goby

Thanks,

You manderin is going to be the largest competitor for food, leopard wrasses are big copepod/amphipod eaters. Keeping Leopard wrasses fat and happy is key, housing food competitors together with the wrasse is going to be your first problem. If you do get a Leopard Wrasse, I would make sure that it eats prepared food like Piscine energetics Mysis shrimp.
