leather coral (please help it)

does anyone have a idea as what is going on with this coral?
i have had to replace my 135 gallon tank (old and was leaking in the corner)
in the move i think my leather was puctured on the side at the bottom of it.
it now looks like there is tissue coming out of it.
as well as the base it looks like it is coming off the rock it was attached to (almost like it is being sliced of )
i have looked at night nothing is attacking it at all.
in fact the leather looks good, no slime polps are oponing on the head (other then laying on its side it looks ok )
it has been like this for about 3 days now
any thoughts or help would br great!!!

Give it a few more days. These guys heal up amazingly well. Are the polyps extended? If so, it's probably going to be ok. They are easily damaged in moves. Give it some time to heal and adjust to the new tank.

its amazing how hardy some of these little buggers can be
i regularly slice my mushrooms back (they grow back like weeds )
