Last minute questions before I replace tanks

I have the space cleared out where I am moving the tank to. I am going to orser the tank drilled tommorrow.

Questions: How does my flexible drain hose attach to the union?
I an using the overflow system in which there will be a 1" grated and the bulkhead attached a a TEE with a cap and 1/8 inch hole.

And, when I move the tank downstaris, I stormed the idea that instead of carrying heavy dangerous buckets of water, why dont I get a garden hose and sipon the tank downstaris?

Is it safe to use a garden hose. The one I have will reach, and its green but the label says that the hose is made from chemicals with may cause cancer. Is it safe to siphon water with this hose?

i would not use a garden hose. you could use a very long vinyl hose, but i would not use a garden hose.

do you have a pic of the area in question with the bulkhead?
